1. Information We Collect

On this marketing website, we collect only the information you voluntarily provide through our waitlist, contact, physician application, and investor request forms. This includes your name, email address, and any other fields you complete. We do not collect any protected health information (PHI) on this website.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to: respond to your inquiries, add you to our waitlist, process physician or investor applications, send relevant product updates, and improve our website. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Third-Party Services

We use HubSpot for CRM and form processing, Supabase for contact form storage, Resend for transactional email, Google Analytics and Mixpanel for anonymous usage analytics, and Cloudflare for security and performance. Each of these services has their own privacy policy.

4. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies for site functionality, and analytics cookies (with your consent) to understand how visitors use our site. You can manage your cookie preferences via the consent banner that appears on your first visit.

5. HIPAA Notice

This marketing website does not collect, store, or process protected health information (PHI). The Apogee AI clinical application — which does handle PHI — operates in a fully HIPAA-compliant environment separate from this website.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. You may also withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@apogeeaimedia.com.

7. Data Retention

We retain form submission data for up to 3 years for business purposes. Analytics data is retained for 26 months per Google Analytics default settings. You may request deletion of your data at any time.
